Wedding and Event Policies Deposit: A 50% deposit is requested to confirm your wedding reservation. This can either be by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or check. If you prefer to use a check to confirm your reservation, we do request that you mail the deposit within 3 days after making the reservation. The balance for all wedding packages will be due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. B&B Check in/Out : The hollow will be ready for you anytime after 4:00 PM central time. If you need to arrive earlier or will be coming in later than 9:00 PM, just let us know a little beforehand. Check out is 11:00. Cancellations: We certainly understand how "life happens" sometimes and that it might be necessary to change dates or cancel a reservation. Due to the small nature of our business, if for any reason you must cancel, and we are notified at least 30 days prior to your arrival date a refund will be issued to you less a $100 cancellation fee (and is subject to a 3% electronic processing charge if a credit card was used). You will be charged for the full cancelled reservations within the 4-week period prior to your stay. Early departures are treated as a cancellation without notice and you will be charged for your original full reservation. Butterfly Hollow reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to an emergency or natural disaster. In such a rare event, you will be contacted via phone with as much notice as possible, a full refund will be provided, and a gift certificate for a complimentary night at Butterfly Hollow will also be offered. Butterfly Hollow LLC will not be held liable for any other travel related cancellation fees. Children: Due to the more intimate and adult nature of our B&B, we request that our overnight Bed and Breakfast guests be at least 16 years of age. Children of the bride and groom's family are welcome to be a part of the wedding and reception, though if they are of walking age, they would be included in the guest limit for the wedding package.. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside and on porches. Pets: Daisy will gladly stand in as your pet for the day and can never get enough belly rubs or tossed sticks. She is also the walking trail guide that loves to take you past the pond. For you cat lovers, our outdoor kitties Blossom and Gypsy will provide all the purrs and love you can take. If you are traveling with your pets, we would be happy to provide you with a couple of kennel alternatives that are within a thirty minute drive from the hollow.                        A PEACEFUL Country Bed and Breakfast.
